Working on your case starts with a free of charge and obligation-free phone or face-to-face consultation. We assess your situation to see how we can best assist you in a visa or sponsorship application. We can arrange a meeting in our boardroom or we can come to your office/work or home. We can also set up a telephone or Skype conference.

During consultation, we will go through appropriate visa categories and types, sponsorship requirements, skills assessment, business experience and assets, application process, fees and charges.
At VIP Immigration we do not limit time of the first free of charge interview. The meeting will go for as long as it is needed to answer all your possible questions. In cases where a more complex issue needs to be investigated, a second meeting, telephone or email consultation will be scheduled.

When we start working on your application, you will be provided with a complete checklist of the necessary documents required for submission with relevant authorities. We will also prepare a detailed legal submission, which will assist your application in reaching the desired outcome.

Your documents will be checked to ensure that they are correct for the application as required by legislation and policies. We will also assist you in obtaining further information and write reference letters, statements and declarations if required.

English translations of your documents can also be arranged for you.

We can also prepare Do It Yourself packages which include individually prepared documents checklists, phone and email support.

Before you engage our services, you will be provided with a fixed price written contract.
